Officers investigating his disappearance said a review of CCTV footage suggested Joseph “may have entered the River Clyde at the King George V Bridge.”

Police divers have conducted a search of the area, but investigators said Joseph had not been found and remained a missing person.

They said Joseph’s family had been told about the latest developments.

Greater Glasgow Police reissued their urgent appeal for information, requesting that anyone who can help their investigation call 101, quoting incident number 1411 of April 11, 2020.
