Police issue urgent appeal for missing Elgin man

Officers are searching for missing Scott Moar.

Police Scotland have requested the assistance of the public to trace Scott Moar, who is missing from New Elgin.

Officers say he was last seen at around 9:30pm last night (Wednesdsay, April 22), leaving his house.

They did not give details of his age or greater detail of where he was last seen, but said he was wearing an all-grey Adidas tracksuit.

Scott is 6’ tall, with a heavy build and a shaved head.

Police Scotland asked anyone with information to call 101 quoting incident PS-20200422-4261.
