POLICE have descended on Edinburgh's Murrayburn Park amid reports of a disturbance.

Eyewitnesses reported several officers, an ambulance and a dog unit in the Wester Hailes area.

A police spokesman said: “Around 16.55 hours police were called to reports of a disturbance in Murrayburn Park. Enquiries are ongoing to establish what happened.”
