Hunt for motorist after cyclist killed

A CYCLIST has died after being hit by a car which did not stop in Glasgow.

The dark coloured vehicle knocked down the cyclist in Paisley Road West, near the Portman Street junction, at about 5:45pm yesterday. It then continued driving west towards Paisley.

Police have appealed to the public for information about the incident.
