Senior associate Addi Shamash, previously based in Edinburgh, will join the Granite City office having been promoted to partner in the corporate restructuring team. She is dual-qualified in Scotland and England and deals with all aspects of recovery, restructuring and insolvency, as well as real estate work.
Meanwhile, oil and gas specialist lawyer Philip Argo has been brought in as a consultant, as the firm seeks to strengthen its offering to the energy sector.
Argo has more than 20 years’ in-house experience, having consulted with numerous exploration and production companies and major service firms in the UK and overseas.
