Couple attacked in home by three men

THREE men attacked a couple in their own home in Annan, Dumfries and Galloway last night.

The attack took place at a flat in Millpark Terrace, at about 11.20pm.

The men entered the property and assaulted a 32-year-old woman and a man aged 36, police said.

The woman was left with an injured face and the man suffered cuts to his hand and face.

Dumfries and Galloway Constabulary said the first suspect was about 5ft 9ins with short dark hair.

He was wearing an orange or red Adidas tracksuit top.

The second man was said to be about 5ft 7ins and bald, with tanned skin.

It is believed he was not local to the area and wore blue jeans with a “McKenzie” logo down the sides in colourful writing.

The third suspect wore jeans and a brown top.
