Country estate yours for £2m

A COUNTRY estate, including a ruined 16th century castle, woodlands and pasture, is on the market for offers of around £2 million for the first time in 70 years.

Nether Horsburgh, near Peebles, is described as a "987-acre estate ideal for breeding cattle and sheep and sporting activities".

It is being sold by city-based estate agents Blackie Ballantyne.
