Council flats ready to rent

The homes in Gracemount comprise flats and colony-style apartments.

They will be handed over by the building contractor at the end of January and it is expected that the first tenants will move in shortly after.

Council leader Jenny Dawe said: “This marks a significant milestone in the council’s house building programme.”
