Cook school sets out stall at farmers' event

VISITORS to the Castle Street Farmers' Market will be treated to a cooking demonstration by the Edinburgh School of Food & Wine.

One of the school's resident chefs and tutors, Samantha Kirk, will choose a selection of ingredients from the market stalls, before creating a range of delicious dishes on the Slow Food stall at Saturday's market from 10am.

The school opened in 1987 and offers a range of courses.
