Claire joins penguins for the first magic moment at zoo

Claire France was the first person to experience one of Edinburgh Zoo’s Magic Moments when she got to spend 30 minutes with the penguins.

She was joined by penguin keeper Vicky Oliver for the experience, which allowed her to feed the animals and even take part in the famous penguin parade.

The keeper said: “Our penguins are a real favourite at the zoo with all our visitors. The magic moment offers a one-of-a-kind experience for those who are thinking about a career with animals and those who just love our penguins.”

The zoo is also offering people the chance to be a keeper for a day.
