Child-abuser dies in Peterhead jail

ROBERT Montgomery, who was jailed in 2010 for abusing two girls more than 30 years earlier, has died in prison.

The 61-year-old, who abused children aged two and five, from 1978 to 1983, died from natural causes. He was serving a six-year sentence at Peterhead.
