Chef to join festival feast

A CHEF at a hotel in East Lothian is the first to sign up to student-led food festival FEAST 2012.

John Paul, executive chef at the MacDonald Marine Hotel in North Berwick, has confirmed he will take part in the live demonstrations at the event.

The festival, now in its third year, is run by Jewel & Esk College and Queen Margaret University and is a celebration of Scottish regional food and drink. It will take place on April 28 at Jewel & Esk College.
