Charity begins for winners with internship

TWO Edinburgh competition winners have been picked for a charity internship.

Francisco Mallo, 33, and Nelly Fernandez N-Baldomir, 31, will both undertake a two-month internship at the South Edinburgh Healthy Living Initiative.

The internship is funded by the Vodafone Foundation, which ran a competition to give 500 people across the UK the chance to work for the charity of their choice.

The winners will also be given a new mobile phone.
