Centre gets ready for JLS gig

THE ROYAL Highland Centre in Edinburgh is preparing for its biggest music event in over a decade.

JLS will perform their first Scottish open air concert this year at the centre tomorrow.

More than 320 marquees, displays and generators from the Royal Highland Show are being dismantled as 20 trucks and 150 crew construct an impressive 20-metre stage in preparation for tomorrow night's concert.

JLS, who rose to fame in the 2008 X-Factor, will be joined by special guest Olly Murs.

Band member Orits Williams said: "We're really looking forward to performing our first Scottish concert this year."
