Ceilidh band to raise money for Childline

Whisky Kiss are to play a charity ceilidh for ChildLine in Scotland.

The band, renowned for their electrifying take on ceilidh music, will play called dances throughout the evening at the Capital’s Counting House in West Nicolson Street to raise funds for the NSPCC’s phone and online counselling service for vulnerable children.

Susie Barron, the NSPCC’s Scottish fundraising manager, said: “By coming along to the ChildLine ceilidh, people in Edinburgh can help us raise the money needed to fund the service, so that we continue to be there whenever and wherever children need us.”

The event is being held this Friday, February 24.
