The Scottish SPCA is appealing for information after a cat was abandoned in a communal garden in Edinburgh.
Scotland’s animal welfare charity was alerted by a resident in Beaverbank Place who spotted a pet carrier in the building’s shared garden.
The male grey domestic short-haired cat has since been offered a new home.
Senior Inspector John Toule said, “This cat is really friendly and was in good condition.”
Anyone with information is urged to call the Scottish SPCA.
