Capital firms net awards

TWO Edinburgh firms have shared the Scottish Digital Technology Company of the Year gong at the recent annual Digital Technology Awards.

Fantasy sports operator FanDuel picked up the award for smaller companies whilst SkyScanner, the flight comparison portal, won the larger company award.

Polly Purvis, executive director of ScotlandIS, said: “Both are great examples of Scottish companies that have aggressively targeted international markets and achieved significant growth.”
