Cannabis worth £15k seized in flat raid

FIFTY cannabis plants were recovered in a police raid on a flat in Glasgow's East End.

Officers discovered the full-grown plants and a number of seedlings in what appeared to be a purpose-built propagation site in the flat in Armadale Court, Dennistoun.

The haul has an estimated street value of 15,000. A 24-year-old man was arrested in connection with the seizure.
