Bus Tracker in triumph at transport awards

LOTHIAN Buses has won the Excellence in Technology and Innovation award for its BusTracker initiative.

The council-owned bus firm was honoured at the Scottish Transport Awards. Managing director of Lothian Buses, Ian Craig, said: "To be nominated at this prestigious event is a credit to all the hard work at Lothian Buses.

"The Scottish Transport Awards are the highest accolade in Scotland, and even being shortlisted is an encouraging boost for all of my colleagues - let alone winning."
