Brunton gives rare glimpse of Pinter play

A LANDMARK of British theatre is to be performed at the Brunton Theatre later this month.

The London Classic Theatre Company's production of Harold Pinter's drama The Caretaker will mark a rare performance of the Nobel Prize-winning playwright's work in the Lothians.

The study of loneliness and power games was first performed at The Arts Theatre, London in 1960.

The show will run at the Brunton Theatre on Friday, 25 and Saturday, 26 June, at 7:30pm.
