Brownie record bid

LIVINGSTON Brownies joined a bid to break the record for the world's biggest sleepover.

More than 20,000 children, including seven to ten-year-olds from the 23rd Livingston Brownies, took part in the Giant Sleepover, while raising money for children's charities.

Giant Sleepover founder Sandie Dinning said: "Since 2003 the Giant Sleepover has raised more than 500,000."
