Brand's comedy gets third series

JO BRAND'S comedy drama Getting On - which won her best female comedy performance prize at the TV Baftas on Sunday - is to return for a third series on BBC4.

The show, set in an NHS geriatric ward, is written by Brand and her co-stars Joanna Scanlan and Vicki Pepperdine.
