Birthday bash at garden club

THERE will be a party to celebrate the first birthday of the Little Seedlings gardening club at Dobbies Garden Centre in Lasswade tomorrow.

The free gardening group for children aged between four and ten will offer youngsters the chance to join in party games, sow seeds and learn about growing fruit.

General manager Simon Martin said: "The Little Seedlings Club has been a great success and we are all very excited about celebrating its first birthday."
