Baby seahorses go on display

A QUINTET of baby seahorses has gone on display at Deep Sea World.

The creatures, born in December, are members of what’s thought to be the largest species of seahorse in the world – the Australian big-belly – which can reach up to 20cm in length.

But for now, they’re being dwarfed by a paperclip at the aquarium.

Their parents arrived at the aquarium in 2011.
