Attack victim ‘critical’ in hospital

a 38-YEAR-OLD man has been left critically ill in hospital after he was attacked.

Paramedics were called to an address in Strathmartine Road, Dundee, on Wednesday and found the victim unconscious after the alleged assault. He sustained facial injuries in a disturbance in the same street the previous evening. Police said a man of 18 had been detained and was helping with inquiries.
