Assaults: Van driver appeal

POLICE investigating two indecent assaults in Leith on Monday are appealing for a van driver who came to the aid of one of the victims to come forward.

The women, both 24, were assaulted by the same man on Easter Road and Albert Street between midnight and 12.15am.

The second victim was assisted by the driver of a white van.

Detectives are also keen to speak to anyone who may have been drinking in the Utopia bar.
