A 25-YEAR-OLD man has been arrested in Poland in connection with the murder of a Polish man whose body was found at a flat in Edinburgh.

Maciej Ciania was found dead at his flat in Dickson Street, Leith, on 14 January. It is thought the 34-year-old could have been dead for up to two days before his flatmate discovered the body.

Police launched an inquiry into the “violent and brutal” murder, circulating appeals for information throughout the UK.
