Arrest over alleged sex attack in park

A MAN has been arrested in connection with a serious sexual assault on a woman in a park.

The alleged attack happened in Jubilee Park, Alyth, Perthshire, at about 9:50pm on Saturday.

Tayside Police had specialist officers examining the area and there was a police presence at the park yesterday. The force has appealed for anyone who was in or near Jubilee Park on Saturday night to come forward.
