Anti-abuse group meets MP

EDINBURGH East Labour MP Sheila Gilmore met campaigners from the White Ribbon Campaign to show support for the work to reduce violence against women.

The campaign helps men take part in educational work in schools, workplaces and communities to change attitudes which can condone violence against women.

Ms Gilmore said: “Involving men in prevention of all the violence against women is vital.”
