All smiles at dental facility

A NEW dental unit has been opened in West Lothian.

Public health minister Shona Robison was at St John's Hospital in Livingston to unveil the 500,000 facility.

Not only will more specialist services be on offer for patients, it will also allow expanded training for dentists. Five new chairs and access for patients with complex needs will also be on offer.

Ms Robison said: "This facility will enable dental services provided within St John's to operate to their maximum potential."
