Aberdeen man expected in court over assault
A 23 year-old man is expected to appear in court today in connection with a potentially sexually motivated assault on a woman in Aberdeen.
He was arrested after Police Scotland issued CCTV images of a man they were seeking after a woman was assaulted in the Spring Garden area of the city in the early hours of Saturday, 31 August.
A force spokeswoman said: “Police Scotland can confirm that a 23 year-old man has been charged in connection with an incident which occurred at Spring Garden, Aberdeen on Saturday 31 August. The 23 year-old man is due to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Monday.”
