Abducted man found with injuries

Police are investigating after a man was snatched in a street near Aberdeen city centre and later found with facial injuries.

The 23-year-old was abducted in the city’s Sunnybank Road and later released in the village of Potterton, ten miles away.

A spokesman for Grampian Police said: “Officers are keen to hear from anyone who saw anything suspicious.”
