An urban mural by a collective of young artists is set to be unveiled.

David Wilkinson whitewashed his 1980s painting of a train emerging from a tunnel on the corner of Halmyre Street and Gordon Street in Leith after it was targeted by vandals. A collective of young city artists received £7400 to create a new mural, which includes some original features.

The artists are part of a Leith-based group responsible for Rough Cut Nation in the National Portrait Gallery.

It will be unveiled on July 28.
