Barratt Homes’ Loch Ness-side development is continuing to enjoy success as phase two at Ness Castle approaches sell out ahead of schedule.
In response, the housebuilder has launched a new release of homes including the three-bedroom terraced Brodie, which offers spacious accommodation over two floors, expansive south-facing gardens and a choice of kitchen and bathroom fittings.
Prices for the house type start at £199,995, which means they qualify for the Scottish Government’s Help to Buy (Scotland) scheme, designed to help those struggling to come up with a deposit.
