The cottage is owned by singer Mary Sandeman, who as Aneka sold five million copies of the number one single Japanese Boy in 1981.

Under her own name she has had a long career in traditional Scottish folk music and she grew up holidaying at Ard Tullaich which was built by her father in 1958.

The cottage has a sun room, sitting room, kitchen and shower room as well as two bedrooms and the grounds of an acre have lawns and mature trees, plus outbuildings.
