Edinburgh property wins top place in traveller review awards

An Edinburgh property has been recognised as one of the top rental homes in the world - based on traveller reviews.

Parliament Square 5 on the Royal Mile won a place in TripAdvisor’s 10 high-end properties category.

The two-bed apartment is just 300 metres from Edinburgh Castle, sleeps up to four people and it costs from £500 a night to rent.

Carol S from Stranraer, a reviewer on the popular site said: "The apartment was everything we had hoped for. Perfect location, quality and facilities excellent. Meet and greet worked well. Will look forward to our next stay when returning to Edinburgh."

Edmundo12 commented: "This 2-bedroom apartment is simply fabulous. Walking in, we took a collective intake of breath because we could not quite believe it! We felt like we were living in a palace for a week."

"Everything is pristine and well-maintained. The furniture bathrooms and appliances are top-quality. The location simply cannot be bettered for a great stay in Edinburgh. We are sure you will love it like we did."
