In this video blog, we visit Harviestoun Brewery to find out the secrets behind its iconic brews before hopping across to Williams Brothers Brewing Company to learn more about Drygate - its new venture in Glasgow which has opened in time for the 2014 Commonwealth.

We also meet brewing mavericks Black Wolf Brewery (formerly Traditional Scottish Ales) while Allanwater Brewhouse offers a great visitor experience staying true to the heritage of craft brewing using tin pots in a cosy.

The eyes of the world will be focused on Scotland as the country plays host to the 2014 Commonwealth Games, 2014 Ryder Cup and celebrates Homecoming Scotland. These events are expected to welcome thousands of visitors from all over the world who will all be lining up to sample some of our finest wares helping to solidify Scotland’s global reputation as a land of food and drink.
