You have already collected your three part password so you are ready to book.

You can book your discounted fares online from until 23.59 on Thursday 11 December 2014.

Your tickets must be booked and paid for online.Please note: this offer is online only. Major credit, debit and charge cards are accepted. No booking or card fees are charged.

WHEN TO TRAVEL

You can travel on off-peak services between 5 January and 27 February 2015

PLEASE NOTE: this offer excludes travel from 13 February 15 (inclusive).

Seats are subject to availability and once a booking is made no refunds or

changes will be permitted.

When you travel you must have in your possession your train ticket, seat

reservation and travel token as you will need to present them to the guard when

requested. No photocopied travel tokens will be accepted.

There are no child, Railcard or other promotional discounts available with this

offer. Under 5’s travel free if they do not occupy a seat.

AVAILABILITY

You will find most seat availability at off-peak time services.There is also limited availability on Friday and Sunday afternoons’ and when major events are taking place. If you can travel mid-week you will have more choice. Seats are subject to availability so please book early to avoid

disappointment.

Travel Information: Engineering work may take place on some weekends during this promotion

that may affect journey times. Information will be available on the East Coast website at the time of booking. Travel Voucher Up to four people can travel together with one travel voucher. Please note that you can book a maximum of eight people per transaction.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In addition to the National Rail Conditions of Carriage, the following conditions apply. Travel is only

permitted on the East Coast service on which you are reserved, no break of journey is allowed except to change to/from East Coast connecting trains where these are shown on your ticket or itinerary. If you

purchase a Standard Class ticket, no upgrades to First Class will be allowed except at weekends, upon

payment of a Weekend First supplement. A £5 supplement applies to Weekend First and First Class offer

tickets for access to East Coast First Class Lounges.
