Huw Jones looks to have played his last game for Glasgow Warriors as club suffers triple injury blow
The Scotland centre has had surgery on a foot injury which he sustained against Montpellier earlier this month and Warriors expect him to miss the remainder of the campaign.
The 27-year-old is in the final year of his contract and will leave Scotstoun in the summer, with French club Bayonne favourites to sign him.

Hide AdTime is also running out for Adam Hastings to play again for the club. The Scotland fly-half suffered a facial fracture against Montpellier and will miss several weeks.
Hastings has signed a contract to join Gloucester in the summer but Glasgow are still hopeful he could recover in time to play in the latter stages of the club’s Rainbow Cup campaign which begins in Italy against Benetton next Saturday
In a third injury blow for Warriors, it was revealed that Scott Cummings – a potential British and Irish Lions contender – has undergone surgery on a hand injury sustained while playing for Scotland against Ireland in March.
Like Hastings, Cummings is out for the “coming weeks” but has a chance of playing again this season.
Warriors have hastened the arrival of Edinburgh flanker Rory Darge after previously securing his signature for next season. The 21-year-old will join his new club ahead of the Rainbow Cup.
The 21-year-old flanker captained Scotland at the 2020 Under-20 Six Nations, leading the team to a record 52-17 win over Wales in Colwyn Bay in the final match of the campaign.
