The interiors of a landmark new development in Glasgow will be revealed on Thursday, 22 February, with the opening of a marketing suite and show apartment at Park Quadrant Residences in the city’s west end.

It will be the first time that potential purchasers will have the opportunity to experience the spacious layouts and quality finishes that distinguish this high-profile addition to one of the city’s most historic districts.

Park Quadrant Residences will fuse contemporary living with classic elegance to complete Victorian architect Charles Wilson’s vision for the Park Circus area, with ceiling heights and facades throughout the development echoing those of the original concentric rings of terraces that have crowned the site since 1851.

The 11 buildings, made up of 98 apartments, duplexes and penthouses, the work of Ambassador Developments (Park Quadrant Ltd) and interiors, by John Amabile Design, are distinguished by their attention to detail, with high quality finishes, luxurious materials, premium Leicht kitchen furniture, integrated Gaggenau and Siemens appliances and exclusive Kohler bathrooms.

Demand for the properties has been exceptional, attracting more than 1,000 enquiries and with more than 20 apartments and penthouses having already sold off-plan.

Investors from across the UK, as well as down-sizers swapping large suburban homes for city living, people relocating to Glasgow and first-time buyers are amongst the early purchasers at Park Quadrant Residences.

The show apartment, which has sliding doors between the lounge and kitchen/dining room features the large windows that are a signature of the design and visitors to the marketing suite will be able to see examples of the exterior stonework used across the development, as well as a full range of options for fittings and floor coverings.

All apartments will have underfloor heating with WIFI programmable room thermostats.

John Amabile’s scheme for the apartments uses timber, marble and ceramics in a neutral palette to create a sense of luxury, while communal entrance halls will feature Italian-influenced chevron and geometric prints.
