Andy Graydon, 24, owns AG Fitness which has two gyms in Glasgow.With the prospect of people being stuck inside for at least three weeks, Andy put together a collection of exercises anyone can do in the hopes of alleviating stress.Andy said: "We have two gyms in Glasgow and for anyone who has gone into shutdown we are offering free workout sessions they can do online."These are workouts that people can do without the need for any equipment and it will help to keep them as healthy as possible."They are high intensity workouts that people can do in the comfort of their own home."It is important for everyone to stay as healthy as possible."It would be easy to just sit about and eat rubbish but staying healthy will make this better for everyone."It won't take a lot of effort to do this and to make people feel a lot less stressed."The fitness centre, which has branches in West Street and Garscube Road, closed its doors last week after First Minister Nicola Sturgeon called for all pubs, bars, gyms, and restaurants to shut to help stop Coronavirus' spread.Unusually, the gym allows people to bring their pets with them while they train.But, Andy, from Maryhill, Glasgow, hopes people will still use exercise as an escape from the doom and gloom.He said: "It is a tough time for us all but we are seeing so many people doing so many great things to make it just that little bit better."To sign up, email [email protected] with the subject 'workouts'
