Melanie Salton who works for NHS Lothian posted across Facebook saying that: “we would be grateful for any donations, big or small, which would really help tide the patients over and lift their spirits in what must be a really unsettling time for them.

Across the country, hospital visiting has been restricted to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
