Delegates get heart advice

DOCTORS from Lithuania have visited NHS Lothian to learn about the rehabilitation of patients with heart disease.

The delegation from Abromiskiu Hospital, near Vilnius, underwent training in the health board’s heart manual programme.

The heart manual was launched nearly 20 years ago as a programme to support people recovering from a heart attack.
