Gatherings of up to eight people with three households will be allowed to meet indoors, and up to 15 people from five different households

Nicola Sturgeon has said that the phase three changes are the most ‘high risk’ changes yet, and urges the public to stick with the guidelines, saying: “we will not hesitate to reimpose restrictions if we consider it necessary to halt the spread of the virus and save lives."
