Coronavirus in Scotland RECAP: Nicola Sturgeon: Schools to return on August 11

First Minister Nicola Sturgeon released the governments ‘route map’ out of lockdown which sets out a rough timeline for when the country can return to work and to school.

Each phase is subject to public health consultation and Ms Sturgeon has warned that the timeline is not set in stone.

The current phase system has children going back to school on August 11 with a potential for a four day week for adults who work, with special consideration for the children of key workers.
