Students to stage stylish fundraiser

A FASHION show featuring trends from the 1970s, 1980s, 1990s and this decade will be held tomorrow to mark the 40th anniversary of Stevenson College.

Organised by the HNC events management students, they have sourced clothing, prizes, sponsors and models for the show, with all funds raised going to the Forth One Cash for Kids Appeal.

June Wigfield, HNC events lecturer at Stevenson, said: "We have been overwhelmed by the support from the local business community.

"This is an invaluable exercise for the students in project management as they have to coordinate internal and external contributors, making sure the event happens on time and on budget."
