State of the Union under scrutiny

THE state of the union is to be debated at an event being held in the Capital.

The debate, at George Square Theatre on May 14, is to feature experts inclu-ding BBC Scotland political editor Brian Taylor, journalist Magnus Linklater, legal scholar Professor Neil MacCormick, critic Joyce Macmillan and academic Owen Dudley Edwards.
