A cut above for homeless

STUDENTS from Telford College have given some early Christmas presents to the Capital’s homeless community – by offering free haircuts.

The Telford College barbering students spread festive cheer by dropping into the Salvation Army’s four Edinburgh centres in Niddry Street, Cowgate, Pleasance and Ferry Road to give residents a trim.
