Graham's wins Waitrose deal for '˜cream on top' milk

The milk, which has secured a UK-wide supply deal with upmarket grocer Waitrose, is non-homogenised, so it does not go through the process that gives other milk products a more consistent texture.
Graham’s managing director Robert Graham said: “Some customers are telling us that they want a product close to natural whole milk, for the taste, for their families and for all the health benefits that organic produce brings.

The launch comes after Bridge of Allan-based Graham’s recently expanded its product range to include quark – a type of soft cheese that is particularly popular in Germany.
