Chrysaor contract will see 3t Energy Group train 1,500 onshore and offshore personnel

An offshore survival and training firm has secured a contract with Chrysaor, the UK’s largest oil and gas operating company.

As well as traditional training in safety critical areas such as offshore survival, emergency response and crisis management, the contract will include 3t Transform’s cloud-based software systems and digital learning technologies.

The deal will see 3t Energy Group manage the training of Chrysaor’s entire UK workforce using the “latest innovative digital learning technologies”.

The “significant” contract will run for an initial three years with an option to extend for a further two. Provided via subsidiary Survivex, the deal will cover Chrysaor’s 1,500 onshore and offshore personnel, utilising the capabilities of the wider 3t Energy Group including 3t Transform and AIS Training.

As well as traditional training in safety critical areas such as offshore survival, emergency response and crisis management, the contract will include 3t Transform’s cloud-based software systems and digital learning technologies.

It is the latest in a long line of training contract wins for 3t Energy Group, which has signed high profile contracts with the likes of Total E&P, BP and EnerMech in the last 12 months, along with contract retentions with Wood, Bilfinger Salamis, Serica and Compass Group.
